Hello! Our names are James & Rachel Hinterberg and we are the owners of Hew Remodeling!

For 20 years, James has been working in the remodeling and construction field.

"I started off my career as a teenager working along side my Father, a tool and die maker and my Grandfather who owned an appliance panting and repair business. Then, for 10 years I worked as a professional tile setter and I had the privilege of my work being showcased in several Parade of Homes throughout SE Wisconsin. During these years, I also worked in rough construction framing, electrical, and drywall." - J

In 2018, we finally opened Hew Remodeling which is a General Contracting business. "Hew" is a combination of our last name and Rachel's maiden name. Hew also means to "make or shape (something) by cutting or chopping a material such as wood or stone.

We currently live in a home we helped build and we look forward to building new homes for our clients soon. With our experience, Hew Remodeling can help you with any remodel or new construction needs, big or small. We also offer interior design services.
